Sunjay Kapur filed a case against karishma kapoor that she acquired a passport for her daughter, samaira to take their daughter abroad without his consent. After this case, Delhi High court banned Karishma Kapoor from taking her daughter out.
Later in the same year sunjay kapur signed a passport application. In which it is mention that samaira allowed her mother to take her to the USA.
- Marital controversies with karishma kapoor
In an interview, karisma accused sunjay kapur and his mother for physically abusing and torturing her. She pleaded with her in-laws for the domestic violence case.
